NIKKO FOODS INC.

We are committed to providing our customers with the best meat available. We closely monitor all our products from farm to sale and we have our own storage and processing facility. This allows us to have complete control of the product that comes in and goes out.  Our facility is Provincially Inspected and Certified ensuring proper quality control and temperature are maintained.

Nikko Foods Inc. is a fully integrated importer and distributor of quality fresh and frozen meat and seafood. We have consistently been supplying meat and sea food since 1987.

QUALITY.

Nikko Foods Inc. owns its cold storage and processing facility. This allows us to monitor our meat from farm to sale. Our facilities fully comply with the regulations setout by the Food Safety Enhancement Program (FSEP).

We also practices and comply with:

  • Meat Hygiene Manual of Procedures (MOP),
  • Standard Operating Practices (SOPs),
  • Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs),

Our facilities are also OMAFRA Certified (Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs) for both our processing and storage facility.
